Google Classroom

Whilst the school is closed to the majority of pupils the students will be accessing remote learning via the Google Classroom platform.  See the Guide below for help with accessing this provision.

Logins:  Please contact the school office if your child needs help with their username and password for their classroom.  

When you login please change your password. You can do this by:
1. Clicking on the menu
2. Settings
3. Account settings
4. Security
5. Signing into Google
6. Click Current Password and change password when prompted to
NB: Do not enable 2-Factor authentication as this is not accessible to children at school.

Apps 

We recommend if you are using a mobile device such as a phone or tablet that you download and install both the Classroom app and the Meet app.

Google Meet Protocols 

It is imperative that all children can access the ‘Class Meet’ in mornings so that they are prepared for their daily learning and that their presence is registered. This is a DFE requirement to keep attendance monitored.

Children should:
 attend the meeting suitably dressed
 behave in a focussed manner
 have a parent to be present
 be muted on entering the meeting
